Joe Mingo, Community Service Block Grant - Self sufficiency program, provides assistance to clients attempting to make it on their own and become self-sufficient.

Kerry Motley, Workforce Investment Act Case Manager for In School Youth, assisting students ages 14 -21 to stay in school, graduate and go on to full time college or employment.

Dawn Sims, Workforce Investment Act Case Manager for Out of School Youth, assisting dropouts ages 14 – 21 to obtain their GED and to go on to full time college or employment.
