In Rowan County, the JobLink Career Center is hosted by the Salisbury Employment Security Commission (ESC).

The Employment Security Commission (ESC): In Rowan County, the Salisbury ESC office hosts the JobLink Career Center. Services include: help in finding a job, help in creating a resume, information on current labor markets, counseling services to help choose or change careers, use of computers to seek employment and surf the net, information on government subsidized training programs, posting your mini resume to the JobLink web page, and unemployment insurance benefits. ESC staff are available Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm.

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCCC): RCCC offers services at the ESC JobLink Center on Tuesday 8:30 am - noon & Wednesday from 9:00 am- noon . The focus at JobLink is to assist those individuals who want to enhance employment opportunities by obtaining a needed GED or high school diploma, or return to school in a certificate or degree program.

Rowan Salisbury School System: The Rowan Salisbury School System operates a High School Apprenticeship, Job Shadowing, and Intern program at the JobLink Center.

Salisbury-Rowan Community Service Council (SRCSC): The SRCSC is a community action agency charged with addressing child care, education, and housing needs of economically disadvantaged residents in the community. The SRCSC runs assessment programs at the JobLink Center on Monday from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm & Tuesday 2:30pm - 4:30 pm.

NC Vocational Rehabilitation (VR): VR provides services to individuals with physical or mental impairment which results in a substantial impediment to employment. VR hours at the JobLink Career center are Wednesday,8:30 am until noon.

Rowan County Department of Social Services (DSS): DSS administers a variety of programs including WorkFirst, NC Health Choice for Children, Food Stamp, and Medicaid insurance. DSS is represented by Janice Gray, who specializes in Medicaid transportation, and is at the JobLink Career Center Monday-Friday 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
