Welcome to Centralina Works, the online home of the Centralina Workforce Development Board. We manage and represent the workforce development activities of a seven county region (Anson, Cabarrus, Iredell, Lincoln, Rowan, Stanly & Union) in North Carolina.

The Centralina WDB works with employers, job seekers, training providers, government agencies, educational institutions and civic groups to enhance the quality of employment for all involved.
